The Conversation Cycle on Art Science and Culture invites you to 3 sessions dedicated to reflect on contemporary utopias, at the Casa de Mateus.
On April 1, the Philosopher Renato Janine Ribeiro presented the theme "Utopia and Democracy", with moderation by Álvaro de Vasconcelos. On April 29, Jorge Barreto Xavier will talk about Culture and Democracy and will present his book « A Cultura na vida de todos os Dias », moderated by Teresa Albuquerque. On May 20 the theme is about perspectives on the future of work and how this may change European democracies, with Pedro Santa-Clara Gomes and Roberto Merrill.
