Ana Rita Pinto

Ana Rita Babo Pinto always demonstrated interest for Public Law. She is a trainee in Vieira de Almeida & Associados at the Public Law area of practice where she has been actively involved in several transactions . Currently Ana Rita also frequents the Master in Public Law at the University of Minho where she is developing her thesis related to the administrative procedure and the european union law. Recently Ana Rita wrote an article about the administrative assistance in the new portuguese Code of Administrative Procedure that can be found in the book “O novo código do procedimento administrativo. Para o Professor Doutor António Cândido Oliveira, uma oferta singela dos jovens investigadores de Direito Público da Escola de Direito da Universidade do Minho”.
